About Our Event
This is our 3rd annual Wakesports Golf Charity Event.  Every year has been more fun than the previous year’s.  This event donates its proceeds to Outreach for Humanity.  Outreach for Humanity is a local charity that uses its time and money to better life around us and around the world.  While the event is to raise money for the charity, it is also a great way for Wakesports to keep our loyal customers, friends, and family a part of the wonderful community that has been created by wake boarding.  We welcome all levels of players, even those who have never played come out to swing their clubs wildly at the ball just to join in all of the fun.  So please come and have some fun on May 15th.

Wakesports will host a Halloween SHRED costume party at the Carlsbad Lagoon on Saturday, October 23rd.  The fun will kick off around 10 and continue until sunset. The Local West Side Riders will be on hand to shred and spread the stoke.  Just like the Freeride Fridays in the summer, $25 will get you some pulls, along with some of Greasy Gregs’s famous barbeque. There will also be games taking place all day on the beach to keep everyone entertained.  Bring your own costume or buy one from the Wakesports on the lagoon and ride for free! Box of Fun was directed by Liquid Force team rider Collin Harrington.  Collin has traveled the globe for the last three years with some of his closest friends documenting every step along the way.  From progressive riding on the water to the crazy shenanigans not normally seen by the public, Box of Fun takes you into the life of some of the best wakeboarders in the world.  Fun boots is the latest film from David Hansen and features wakeskaters such as Nick Taylor, Reed Hansen, Ben Horan, and many others.

Monday May 11th in Carlsbad! If Sunday doesn’t work for you, no need to worry because the action will carry over to Monday at the Carlsbad Lagoon.  Come enjoy the beautiful weather and perfect water conditions that the lagoon is know for.  The demo will begin around 10am.  Again, all of the new gear will be available to demo.  Reed and Emily will also be hanging out at all day.
