SBR Wakeboarding in San Diego is hosting Humanoid’s first “Welcome Aboard” instructional clinic with Kyle Schmidt.  The Welcome Aboard clinic has the boat, equipment, and one of wake’s premier instructors.  We welcome riders of all abilities.  Scheduled for September 1st, the first Welcome Aboard clinic will take place at the SBR location at Coronado.  20 minute instructional sets are limited to 15 sets total a day and spots will fill up fast.  To register call SBR at (619) 223-1681 or email us.  Instructional sets cost $50.  With a summer full of riding under your belt, this is the perfect time to stomp that trick you’ve been trying all summer.

Hello everybody!!! Time for another demo day, Slingshot is kind enough to help us out with a Demo Day of all their newest gear, this Thursday (May 28th) starting around 8:30am at Crown Point Shores. Our crew will be leaving the dock from Seaforth Boat Rentals at 8:00am and heading over to Crown Point Shores where we have a base camp set-up. We will have a couple tents and all the boards to demo at the beach there. We will also have Jetpilot gear to try out. The earlier you can make it, the better butter you will get. We will be there until everyone has had their turn (probably until early afternoon). The cost is just $25.00. So get off the couch and come join us! Hello everyone, just a quick update on the SBR wakeboarding front. Thursday mornings have been a big hit recently with the great weather and buttery water (most days). The Thursday morning rides are for experienced riders (you don’t have to be pulling 5′s, just be able to get up and going). With the boat filling up fast, call ahead to reserve your spot. The fee is $40.00 and that includes any Slingshot or Hyperlite wakeboards or any of our wakesurfers that you would like to demo. You can purchase a club card for 6 pulls for $150.00 (just $25/ pull) which will save you some money. We also some great deals in the pro-shop right now including Slingshot Driver closed-toe bindings for just $99.00 and up to 50% off wakeboards. So if you haven’t joined us lately, get off your butts and get out there. For the regulars, thanks for killing it lately and promoting what we have to offer.

Come ride that New Year’s hang over off on the cool water of Mission Bay!  SBR Wakeboarding will be out in full effect with food, demo equipment from Hyperlite and Slingshot and, of course, their fully loaded Centurion Enzo!  Bring your own boat out for the event or grab a ride behind the SBR boat for only $20!

The action will start around 10am on the 1st, with base camp operating off of Crown Point on Mission Bay San Diego.
