San Diego City Council Members

The first step in getting the San Diego City Council to consider opening one of the Otay Lakes for water contact activities is to let your rep know that the closing of San Vicente is going to affect you. Send them an email and let them know that you are upset about the closing, and include your address so they know you are one of their constituents, and their action on this matter could affect the way that you vote!

You can also join the Southern California Water Sports Association (www.socalwsa.org) mailing list to stay updated on drive to open another lake!  Let’s make things happen for next summer!

About Us

Wakeboard SD is a site dedicated to San Diego Wakeboarding, and the people who do it. Our members ride everywhere from Mission Bay, Carlsbad Lagoon, San Vicente Reservoir, El Capitan, and the Colorado River. We are an open, friendly wakeboarding community, so join our forums and find a third in San Diego, discuss boards, boats, bindings, share riding tips, and most importantly: meet some new friends!

Note: We are not associated with Wakeboard San Diego.
