Hey everyone!

We just wanted to let everyone know that we will be participating in a live webcast tomorrow night on stokemeter.com, and would love for you to join us. This will be our second time doing the show, and we’re looking forward to having just as much fun as we did the first time around.

All you have to do is go stokemeter.com during the time of the show, and your immediately dialed in…It’s that easy…It’s a very cool, fast, simple and unique way for everyone to dig in, ask some questions, and get to know some of their favorite action sports athletes and businesses a little better…LIVE.

(Also, we’re doing a little experiment tomorrow night while were on the show, and will be raffling off a free wakeboard DURING the show if we can reach over 750 viewers. Here’s a little write up from the Stokemeter crew…

Who are we? First and foremost, we are wakeboard enthusiasts whose passion is to spread the “STOKE” of wakeboarding to as many people as possible. Stokemeter was founded by two friends, Maurice Matsumori and Gary Kartchner. Having met a number of professional wakeboarders through their work in the wake industry and through helping in the filming of productions such as Push Process, both were impressed with how easy going the athletes were. Wanting to share that experience, an idea came to mind to begin an interactive site, in which fans could ask their favorite riders questions in a live format allowing them to gain insight into what pro riders are like and creating a personal experience between the riders and fans which might not otherwise happen.

Stokemeter is an interactive community where regular joes and pros can communicate with each other and share ideas, knowledge, and expertise, a tool that can be used to learn new things and keep everyone up to date on what’s going on in the industry and wake community. It has evolved from chats with riders to gaining insight into the broader industry itself. Shows have included live chats with pro riders, wakeboard companies, gear manufactures, local riding clubs, wakeboard instructional leaders, film makers, photographers, industry leaders and much more. The result has been a tight knit, stoked community that is looking to spread the “Stoke” of wakeboarding into the mainstream.
