Ultimate Wake Workout

I happen to have come across another interesting yet kind of random article that can apply to everyone, so I thought I’d share it again. Summer is here, despite our current weekend weather forecast all across San Diego, good thing the krew is headed out to the river! So with summer here its time for tons of wakeboarding which means a lot of soar muscles from not riding as much in the off-season. Well don’t worry as I have found the ultimate wakeboard workout! Riesenhuber, who narrows down exactly which exercises will help build strength and stamina to bust out with some huge air and awesome tricks! I’ve actually been doing a similar workout, not knowing and not even thinking it would benefit my wakeboarding, but after riding lately I feel a lot more flexible and I don’t get tired as quickly! Try this little work out plan and before you know it you’ll be in the best shape for boarding! All you have to do is read the article, write down the work out plan, and then hit the gym….which is always easier said than done, but good luck!
